What would you like to accomplish long and short term? During an introduction meeting we will discuss your fitness goals, physical condition, and expectations.
I have worked with hundreds of people, with a variety body types and physical conditions, and helped them reach their fitness goals. I enjoy modifying exercises that may be too difficult for any reason.
Understanding your needs is my responsibility.
